3. Conditions applicable to travellers
3.1 Search and booking
The platform allows users to search for offers and services based on various criteria.
Results are ranked according to relevance, price, availability, reviews, and other quality factors.
When booking, the traveler agrees to pay the total price, including all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
A direct contract is formed between the traveler and the host at the time of confirmation.
3.2 Booking Steps

3.3 Access to housing
Accommodation reservations constitute a limited license to access the property.

The traveler must return the accommodation in its original condition.
Any damage may be reported.
4.2 Behavior
The traveler agrees to:
- communicate respectfully,
- in compliance with applicable laws,
- respecting neighbors and the community.

4.3 Minors
If minors are present, the traveler must be legally authorized to act on their behalf and ensure their supervision.
4.4 Risk Assumption

5. Conditions applicable to guests

The hosts are independent service providers.
They freely set their own prices, availability, and rules.
5.2 Direct Contracts
The contracts are concluded directly between hosts and travelers.
ptop is not a party to these contracts.
5.3 Ad Management
Guests must:

5.4 Legal Obligations

7. ptop platform rules
Users agree to:

ptop may change its fees with a minimum of 30 days’ notice.
8.3 Taxation
Hosts are responsible for their tax obligations.
In some countries, ptop can collect and reverse taxes on behalf of hosts.
8.4 Payments
- Secure payment methods accepted
- Device conversion performed by ptop
- Payment to guests is usually made 24 hours after arrival.
9. Content, opinions and intellectual property
9.1 Notice
Travelers and hosts can rate each other.
Reviews reflect personal opinions and are not verified by ptop.
9.2 User Content
By posting content, the user grants ptop a worldwide license to use it for service and promotional purposes.
9.3 Intellectual Property
The trademarks, logos and graphic elements of ptop are protected and may not be used without permission.
9.4 Moderation
ptop can monitor, remove, or restrict access to any non-compliant content.
10. Legal framework and responsibility
10.1 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ptop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10.2 Exclusion of warranties
The platform is provided “as is”, without any guarantee regarding the quality or legality of the advertisements.
10.3 Compensation
The user agrees to indemnify ptop in the event of a breach of the Terms and Conditions.
10.4 Dispute Resolution
